The Diaspora Cookbook
Since 2022, we've been doing in-depth culinary research into each region that we source from, visiting each farm partner, and spending several days in their kitchens to learn and record their family recipes and cooking tradition. We then bring it all to Berkeley test kitchen to develop iconic, highly reliable recipes for your home kitchens.
There has honestly never been a South Asian cookbook at this scale before, nor one that centers the seasonal, farm to table, regional foods of India and Sri Lanka. We're SO excited to be bringing all of you one step closer to the farms that your spices come from with our debut cookbook.
