Diaspora Spice Co. is looking for a dynamic Mumbai-based Export Operations Assistant to join us full-time. The Export Operations Assistant will work with our India Director of Operations to ensure a smooth export supply chain. You will be essential to our success as a growing company by keeping perfect track of all our spices that are the core of our business and ensuring their quality as they head from the farm to their destination in the US. This position is based in Mumbai, India at our Bandra office. This position will involve frequent trips to customs and spice board locations.

Diaspora Co. is looking to hire a Social Media Manager with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with teams across the US and India, you will be responsible for managing our social calendar, shooting and editing content that aligns with the brand for IG and TikTok, and coordinating brand and affiliate partnerships for social. If you’re always on Instagram, love staying on top of social media trends and are great at shooting and editing short-form content, we’d love to hear from you.
