Your subscription can be managed once you log in to your profile on the website. To skip a shipment, update your address or cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Diaspora account by clicking the person icon in the top right corner. If you do not have an account, you can create one. Be sure to use the same email address you used to purchase your pepper subscription!

2. Once you are in your account, click Manage Subscriptions.

3. Then in the top bar, click Subscriptions.

4. From here, you can skip a shipment, update your shipping address, or cancel your subscription.

Yes you can skip or cancel a shipment. To make this change, you will need to login to your Diaspora Co. account on our website after which the options to skip or cancel will appear under the "Manage Subscriptions" tab. Yes! If the upcoming shipment of The Good Pepper Subscription turns out to be inconvenient for you, you can change the date of the shipment on your profile. To make this change, you can head to the "Manage Subscriptions" section of your profile on our site or email us at info@diasporaco.com

If you are going to be away from your usual address when the next shipment of The Good Pepper Subscription is due, you can add a new address that you would like the pepper to reach you at. Like with all edits to your subscription, you can update this as well once you login to your profile on our site and head to "Manage Subscriptions" to make the change.
